Enjoy the ‘flow’ of the now properly working drain tile running North out the property. The new tile is above the water level where in the past our tile had been 70 percent compromised and was also submerged under water when the boards were in the Woodstock dam. Even though this project wasn’t the most glamorous we hope this gives you a sneak peak into what we were working on the past 2 years to increase drainage/flow which will in turn improve turf quality as well as the opportunity to hopefully drain better after large weather events.
